account ban and need to link to my new account
my old account has been banned and i have to link my xbox account to my new ea account. but i cant do that. what should do i do?

You won't be able to unlink our Xbox while there's a ban on your EA account. I'd recommend raising an appeal with our terms of service team. They can take a look at the ban for you.
