Account ban, game ban and positive solution to the problem!

Hello, I want to post this topic to share my unpleasant experience within 4 months and 2 weeks. First of all, I want to express my gratitude to EA support. My EA account was hacked more than 6 months ago, during a period when I was working hard, not playing games, and I was outside the country where I live. The hacker had violated EA's rules by playing Ultimate Team, I have never played Ultimate Team before. After which I received a ban on my account and a ban on the game, all FIFA/FC games. I filed a complaint, which was automatically rejected. I wrote to the support chat several times. Within 1 month, I managed to get my account back, but the ban on the game remained forever. I was totally and irretrievably desperate, I was not getting help and answers from anywhere. But I did not give up and did not give up, I wanted to prove that I was a victim and not a hacker. After several more complaints, although after almost 5 months, I succeeded! I got my account back, I got my rights back and all the bans were lifted! My advice to you is, whatever it costs you, however much time and nerves it costs you. Don't give up, prove that you are not a hacker and that you did not break the rules!

Bans are rough, but the only thing that really moves the needle is a clean appeal with exact details (date/time, platform, what you were doing, and any purchase receipts). If you think it was a false positive, keep it polite and stick to facts—Support is more likely to take a second look that way.
