Account banned and no reply from EA team
Hi, my account was hacked months ago and as soon as i noticed it i reported the situation to EA team, by then my account only had been hacked and messed with, like my EA app was in another language, the hacker linked his email to may account giving it a 30 day cooldown to be changed again, giving the hacker full entry to my account.
Time passed and EA gave me no answer, i then discover i was banned from Apex, tried to report the situation again, and no reply. After some weeks my account became fully banned, i tried to contact the support once again to no better luck.
Ive spent months trying to contact EA support, they give me no answer and just close my cases, i cant even use my account to use the forum page and i was forced to create a new account to try to get some help or at least a reply.
Is my account complety lost cause bans arent reverseble or cause EA support will never reply to it?
It saddens me cause i reported this issue only a few days after the my account getting hacked and by then i wasnt banned anywhere it only had been hacked and messed with. I even came to the forums asking for help and with that help i was able to send tickets to EA support, yet all of them were just shut down with no telling.
And i come here again asking for help if is there something i can do or if it really is a "dead" account now?
