Sims 4 wont start.

I have for over a month, tried to start Sims 4.

I Get an error message saying "Error at our end" (EA end that is). I have reported this many times, No help. A couple of times ago i was even kicked of help because the guy couldnt help.

Does anybody have a solution? Or can anybody kick EA to get this issue fixed? I have cleared the Cache, force updated EA App, Reinstalled both App and game...
