Account can’t be linked

I’m trying to play fc online. My Xbox is all linked to my email etc and my gaming pass and gamer tag. But this email I have no idea who’s it is to even reset the password or even link mine to it. I’m having a nightmare and can’t play any ea games online. Is there any way this can be solved please 😩
