Account compromised
Hello, I need urgent help with my EA account.
My PlayStation Network account (Mr-Wooo_oo) is currently linked to an EA account that is NOT mine. The email on that EA account is a completely unknown address: tt****@puedemail.com.
Because I do not have access to the unknown email, I cannot receive verification codes and I cannot log into any EA game on my PS5. This issue occurs with every EA title I try to open (Battlefield & MADDEN ).
Please help me with the following:
1. Unlink the EA account with the unknown email from my PSN ID (Mr-Wooo_oo).
2. Restore the link to my correct email
3. Recover or secure my EA account so I can use it normally again.
