Account Deletion

I'm having issues with getting ahold of any EA support, just seems impossible. I have 2 accounts. However I would like 1 deleted so the other one can become my primary account. How would I go about doing this?

    Hey lilystardust10​ best thing to do is to give it a little time.

    If you hear nothing back then I'd suggest opening a case with our live support team should you need an update.

    Thanks! I filled out there form and it seemed to submit but I haven't received a confirmation email. Is that normal? Thanks so much for all your help.

    If you follow the steps there, you should be good to go.
