Account deletion
Hello, I had this issue that I want to delete my EA account and yet I CANT because I don't have access to the email address anymore.
The email was deactivated and is no longer in use, thus I can't change anything on the profile, does anyone know how I could delete this account???
Hi there, you’ll need to speak with one of our advisors to delete your EA Account using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page, as this isn’t something you can do on your own.
As you mentioned that you no longer have access to the email address linked to the account, you may also need to prepare some proof so they can verify ownership of the account. For example,
- The email address you used to make your EA Account.
- Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
- Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.
- If you’re trying to get back into a mobile game, have your mobile game’s ID ready.
