Hi viviplaysims​, I'm reaching out to see if you managed to talk to someone at EA Help. Were you able to start a chat and get this solved?

    Hey thanks for following up, much appreciated. I'll open a new case and see how it goes. BTW, the Help page for email update isn't very friendly to be honest: there's auto link to the profile page but that's not solving the issue as the profile page email section won't let me update. So I guess my impression of EA HELP is very low....not to mention that EA staff called me 'rude'.....
