Account Hacked and Banned at the same time
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding my EA account.
My account has been banned, and all of my appeals have recently been rejected. However, I strongly believe that my account may have been compromised because the email address associated with my EA account appears to have been changed without my authorization.
Additionally, I am unable to receive verification codes on my registered phone number. Whenever I attempt to receive a code, I consistently receive an error message, which prevents me from verifying my identity and recovering access to my account.

I respectfully request that your team thoroughly review my case, investigate the unauthorized email change, and assist me in recovering my account. I am willing to provide any additional information or proof of ownership required.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. I would greatly appreciate a manual review of my account and appeal.
