Account has been Hacked

Hello everyone,

My account of EA has been hacked by "[edit: email address removed]", so I can start the EA Games because my Steam account was linked with my EA account that has been hacked, the username of my EA account has been hacked is "pengtani".

I tried report this problem to EA Help from 6 December till now there is no solving or answer from EA Help, please solve this problem, I want to play EA games.

Please solve this problem, thanks.

    please follow the instructions in this article and contact Support again through a live Chat. We cannot help with account issues here in the forum as we don't have access to account information here.

    are you logged into an account or contacting them as a guest? Please try using a different browser and contact them as a guest (if you haven't tried that yet). This should hopefully give you the live chat option, where they can then help you secure your account.
