Account has been Hacked

Question

Hello everyone,
My account of EA has been hacked by "[edit: email address removed]", so I can start the EA Games because my Steam account was linked with my EA account that has been hacked, the username of my EA account has been hacked is "pengtani".
I tried report this problem to EA Help from 6 December till now there is no solving or answer from EA Help, please solve this problem, I want to play EA games.
Please solve this problem, thanks.

are you logged into an account or contacting them as a guest? Please try using a different browser and contact them as a guest (if you haven't tried that yet). This should hopefully give you the live chat option, where they can then help you secure your account.&nbsp;
