Account Hijacked and cant get ahold of EA Support

I'm having similar issues. First time I try to use my EA account and it appears that someone hacked it 2 years ago to sell coins (which got my EA account banned) and changed the email without me confirming it. Now they refuse to help me because I can't provide the email the hacker used.
