Account Restricted – Error Code 103-3f0001

Question

Hello,I recently received the following error when trying to access online features:“Your account has been restricted from accessing any online features. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact customer support. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for additional information. Result Code: 103-3f0001”I’m not aware of any reason for this restriction, and I haven’t received any email explaining the issue. I kindly ask for clarification regarding the reason for this restriction and whether it is temporary or permanent. I checked ban status and I dont have any. I only played Sims 4 for 2 years now I tried to play It Takes Two with friend's pass and I got this message. I tried another EA account but got the same message. Is my hardware banned or smt?&nbsp;Thank you in advance for your help.

Hey cossu111​ if seeing this error can you try the following:

Ensure that other applications are not limiting&nbsp;the EA app
EA App's&nbsp;Cache&nbsp;(Top Left Menu &gt; Help &gt; App Recovery)&nbsp;
Repair/Verify&nbsp;your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App&nbsp;- Repair (My Collection &gt; Tile Dots &gt; Repair)
EGS&nbsp;- Repair (Library &gt; Tile dots &gt; Manage &gt; Verify)
Steam&nbsp;-&nbsp;Verify&nbsp;in your library

Run the&nbsp;System File Checker tool&nbsp;then Check for&nbsp;Windows&nbsp;and&nbsp;GPU&nbsp;updates&nbsp;&nbsp;
Install/Repair&nbsp;your VC++ files for ITT
Connection&nbsp;and&nbsp;Advance Connection&nbsp;Guides&nbsp;
Untick&nbsp;the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)&nbsp;
Change&nbsp;DNS settings&nbsp;
