It's like we're at a stalemate because I still have access to my account, but they're still also logged in. Is there a way to log out all sessions?? But then I would also still need to take their email off my a ccount so they can't get back in

Community ManagerHi! theycallmetnt We understand how frustrating this situation can be, we’re unable to provide a direct email address or bypass the official support process.
Please try contacting EA Help again and select the account security / hacked account option. If the automated flow says the issue isn’t supported by advisors, try accessing the support flow while logged out as a Visitor, once you are talking with an advisor you can discrime the issue ant provide the required information.
