Advisor link not working

Question

So I'm having an issue with Battlefield 6, and the only way to fix this is to talk to an advisor through the link they provided to join a live chat. However, when I follow the steps to find a solution to my problem, I'm met with an "access denied" page, and I don't know how to fix this. It's very frustrating that I'm already having issues with the game, and now I can't even get proper assistance because of this. Does anyone have a solution, or is this just another EA thing that they refuse to fix? Please refer to my attachments.

I'm having the same issue connecting to live support, bro. After this page, I can't get a live support connection, nor can I get a reply email. I hope we can resolve this.

I managed to get to the next step some how but now it's not loading the next step.

I'm sure EA is just going to look the other way and act like nothing is wrong. I paid over $100 for this game just for stuff to disappear, and now I can't even get help properly. Come on, EA, you're not a new company. Why are you still having the same issues since 2008? There's just no excuse for this. Now I'm getting extremely frustrated I've been stuck looking at tell us more about case # screen for like 2 hr now and it's not loading anything because it's broken. Can I please get help from someone at ea..&nbsp;
