Urgent Refund request still unsolved.
Dear EA Support Team.
I am writing once again regarding my refund request for Battlefield 6, which was accidentally charged three times due to a system error. On the purchase day, the payment process repeatedly showed an error message instructing me to 'try again', which caused multiple charges within the same time frame.
I have already submitted mutiple refund requests over the past few weeks, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or refund confirmation so far. This delay is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially since the issue was caused by a system malfunction on EA's side.
Please review my case urgently and process the refund for the two duplicated payments without further delay. If needed, i can provide payment receipts, timestamps, or transaction IDs once again.
