Every time I go to open a case it should take me to the chat but I think I got ban because this is what I get now. I’m trying to get help to unlink account to an unknown email that idk wtf is. Can’t play battlefield 6 beta cause I can’t link my psn account. Can’t contact them at all now
I’ve been trying to reach EA support for weeks and have gotten absolutely nowhere. I’m trying to merge my accounts, and EA’s guide says, “If you decide to merge your accounts, get in touch with us.” — yet the chat option appears, makes me wait for hours, and then vanishes without anyone helping. When I checked my case number, it was marked as resolved… but nowhere near resolved. This is entirely unacceptable. If EA expects players to follow their process, they need to respond. As of right now, my issue is still unresolved.
**bleep** the option to chat doesn’t appear for me anymore. I filled a complaint on BBB cause it’s complete bs. I may have to create another psn account just to play battlefield 6
