Anyway to unlink Steam from an old EA account that you can't access?

My steam is linked to an old EA account that I can't access anymore because I've lost access to the email, unable to do access it at all. I'm trying to get ready for the Battlefield 6 beta, but I can...

Hey there, unfortunately, we're unable to make any changes to your account here in the EA Forums. If you have access to your EA account, you can unlink and link other platforms. As you mentioned that you do not have access, you will need to contact EA Help again.
