I purchased the ultimate+ pass and 24 hours have passed. I don't know if it's because it says PC download while I'm on Xbox but if it is that then I'd just like a refund to pay for the pass on the Xbox itself.
I was just wanting to support my favorite creator on the ea store since I can't on the console for some reason.
Purchases are rarely multiplatform.
Just submit a refund request and buy it on xbox.
You cant support creators through console as it would be an extra cut from the purchase (xbox/EA/creator)
If you want to support them, sub to them on twitch or youtube membership
It won't let me get a refund though. That's the problem.
Open a support ticket rather than looking for an option.
You can explain that you dont use pc and was under the impression it was multiplatform
As the goods havent been used, you should be able to get a refund.
Unless in the terms of purchase it said it was non-refundable.
In which case youll just have to take it on the chin
