Not so fast. The fact that I'm still here means that there was no solution. My account is still there and I'm still running in circles, doing the thing you told me to do over and over and over again.
I understand this company instructs you to behave like a bot at all times, and I also understand that this company doesn't give a dime about the fact that the Right To Be Forgotten is codified into EU law, because corporations are above the law, right? But even though I am nothing but an insect to them, I can be a very annoying insect. I would like to escalate this situation and speak to a higher up.

The only way to escalate an issue Anoniem33 is through our live support team.
We don't have the ability to do so here. I tested the account deletion process and was able to create an account deletion case by following the steps in the help article.
When you are unable to do so, what options are you selecting?

Because that's the only one I can find.
I don't play any mobile games, so that information is useless to me.
Googling how to start a case because I can't find any way to do so without being subjected to the same Torment Nexus again. Found a third party website:

It says:
"To speak to EA support, you can start by visiting the EA Help website and selecting the Contact Us option, which will prompt you to log in with your EA Account credentials, and then you can choose to call, email, or chat with an EA Advisor. You can also call the EA customer support number at 1-650-628-1500, which is available Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT, or use the EA live chat feature, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week."
So I pick the Contact Us option. It opens the chatbot.
Trying to use the 'skip' command to get through the useless questions but it doesn't work. So I answer the questions. AGAIN.
This screen again:
So call and email options are nonexistent. 'Read article' loops back to the article and forces me to chat to the bot again. What was the saying again? “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
'Manage your account details' just opens my account details page, obviously there is no option to manually delete the account.
So I click 'Chat with us'. AGAIN. Insanity is someone else forcing you to do the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Boom:
Wait... is this a timezone issue?
It's 01.55 PM over here (13.55 on my computer's clock), so that means there is a 15 hour difference between my location and wherever customer service is. Would be handy if I could see that anywhere on the website.
So I guess my chances are better when I'm contacting you in the middle of the night?
But wait, that shouldn't matter right? The guide says the livechat is available 24/7.
So I have 2 options left:
Wait a bunch of hours until it's at least 8 AM PDT which will be at 5 PM where I am, and then call the phone number listed on that third party website (not on your website, mind you) a bunch of times, praying to every god in existence I get through.
Or...
Wait...
Do I actually have the EA app installed in order to do literally anything?
Ok fine, I'll try that next.
I guess there's this too:
I mean, if I delete my EA forum account I can no longer ask for support, so that's out of the question.
I click the EA Help button...
Sends me back to the home screen:
I click 'my cases':
Only allows me to view older cases (back when I could still easily talk to a human).
'Back to EA help' goes back to the home page.
So that's a dead end again.
Going to install the EA app on my computer, once again praying to every god in existence it doesn't cause even more issues.

Wait, I misread. Customer service is open at 10 AM PT, which will be 7 PM where I am.
Cool.
