My EA account suddenly can't log in and it shows

Question

After changing my password once, this situation occurred with my account. When logging in with my phone number or using the secondary email, it shows that the EA account cannot be found.On April 10th, after I forgot my password and changed it once, I immediately couldn't log in to my EA account. I don't know why. It keeps showing that the request cannot be completed. Please help me. My EA App ID is MeiYouFanNao-L.

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of what you're seeing. That is unusual. 🤔
Could you try clearing the browser cache and giving it another go? See if you run into that error message from a different browser, also.
In the meantime, it may help to know the following few details:
