ban dispute not working

Hello, who should I contact about reasons for banning? dispute seems as some kind of automated system which is not helping at all. got ban for "no reason" at this moment and it is by mistake.... but ...

    Ban appeals are treated individually by an actual person; there is no automation. You can check you have appealed correctly by following the steps in the following link:

    yes did this  correct way, described why I dont think the ban was caused by me and asked for explanation. nothing useful returned back.... so it does not seem there is someone open to discussion or any kind of explaantion :-(
