Ban: Your EA Account You broke our rules against Rule violation.
I am posting here because I cannot create a help request on my EA account regarding this issue.
On October 11, 2025, I purchased Battlefield 6 via Steam. I created an EA account using an e-mail utilizing Mozilla's premium e-mail relay service: #########@mozmail.com. I created an EA ID using the LastPass User Name Generator: ########. From EA, I received a security code and successfully completed the EA account creation and linked my Steam account (Steam ID: ######).
I played Battlefield 6 solo campaign for approximately 67 minutes. Thereafter, I exited the game.
On October 12, 2025, I attempted to access Battlefield 6 via the Steam platform. When attempting to sign into the EA account created with e-mail #########@mozmail.com, I was notified the account had be disabled and permanently blocked because "Activity on this account has violated EA's User Agreement". All attempts to access the game, including creating a new EA account and/or to unlink the Steam account from the EA account, were unsuccessful.
No explanation regarding which rule was violated has been provided. I have not received any e-mail or other notice RE the account being disabled or blocked. I have read the User Agreement.
I am requesting assistance with this issue.
