Minor update - finally (after 2 days) my ban showed up on the page https://help.ea.com/en/help-tools/penalty-history/
It points to the use of methods that were supposed to give an advantage to my gaming abilities.
That is of course a lie, I have never used anything like that, I played within the rules, nor did I try to engage in any unfair practices.
My second appeal is still pending.
And let me clarify - during the game (about 6 hours) I did not notice any situation where my character behaved differently than usual. I did not notice any differences in weapon recoil, no strange movement or any cases of immortality or anything like that. From my point of view, the game worked perfectly normally. - if we don't take into account a few moments when I saw connection problem and packet loss icons on the screen.
I've got exactly same message after 2 days. Chat GPT says about that "EA's anti-cheat system (Javelin) can sometimes issue bans for "gameplay enhancement" when it mistakenly flags legitimate software running on your PC as unauthorized. Many other players have reported similar situations where they were banned without using cheats".
I don't used any of unauthorized software or anything similar programm that can get gameplay enhancement. I can't guess what kind of software conflict with Javelin anticheat. Some people get Javelin error messsage when game starts, but I didn't get anything before getting ban.
