Today I received an email from EA apologizing for the unavailability of BF6 - the EA app supposedly limited access to the game for some users. (At the time I was solving the problem of my "ban", I did not have the EA App installed.) Anyway, they claim the reason has already been resolved. They say I will get some in-game changes for it and they thank you for your patience...
And indeed - my ban is no longer in the history of offenses and in the list of my requests all were resolved and "fixed" ...
But that wouldn't be EA if I still didn't have access to the game!
The game still doesn't want to let me go and claims I have a ban.
Checking the integrity of the game via Steam found 3 files that needed to be installed - it didn't help.
Complete reinstall of the game - didn't help.
I sent a request for help to support again - the form doesn't work again - not even with the "host" trick.
We have a wonderful day today, don't we?

I'm sorry to hear that Gripen - I still have had no communication with EA about this. They're evading me on the Better Business Bureau path.
I hope you and the rest of us get access soon, but I'm glad you at least got an email.
