nevermind the fact that the new anticheat is kernel level. I'm not banned but cant get controller to work on pc. tried every trick including running it thru steam, using a controller emulator, ect. i filed a request for a refund(because convienently the refund server is "down". waited online for 2 hrs for a support person. they pretty much refused a refund and kept repeating that its a known issue and trying to assure me the best people were on the job resolving it. ticket now shows "waiting for customer"...nothing to select, no way to request more info or anything. i can "close the ticket" that isnt resolved, or i can open a new one and sit here for another 3 hrs waiting for them to just give me a dang refund. i was looking forward to BF6, but i wont be spending another penny with EA going forward, customer service is a solid 1:10
kernel level anticheat does absolutely nothing... check out valorant a few years back, cod, etc
