Banned but not sure why, what are my options?

I created a new xbox gamer tag / email account as I have a new Xbox, because my son has taken over my old box and account and I want to play BF6 on this new one   i then set up a new EA Connect acco...

    Hi there. What you should do is dispute the ban. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Unfortunately, we're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums.
