Account Login Issues

So, I have an original EA account that I linked to my Xbox for gaming many, many years ago. I try to send the email a password reset code but the EA emails never ever show up. "It's been awhile since we've seen you, so your login credentials have expired." Is what it says every time, I had to ultimately make a new EA account just so I would be able to contact support. I'm needing to regain access to my old email to even play any of my EA games... I was wondering if you can update with my current email address or add another form of verification to be able to even access half of my games.

Hi there, please note that we're unable to make changes to your account through the EA Forums. For help with updating your email or making other account changes, we recommend contacting EA Help directly, as they’ll be able to assist you further.

Hey whoever you are. Why doesn’t EA spend the millions of dollars it gets to handle these situations? Ive already reached out to EA help for support but who knows if the email will even be answered. On top of that you don't let people play the games they bought if they don’t have an account. The only reason my account was locked was because EA locked it because i don't play any of their games because they are **bleep**ty. So again i go to get help. Follow the links and lo and behold on the page where I should get help with an email there is nothing on that page. Your whole company is embarrassing.
