Tier Skips Phanton Edition

 So i thought yesterdays fiasco was enough not being able to start when game launched with the  you need to pay for multi player after spending 100$ on the phantom edition, But yet again there's another problem. Where are my 25 Tier Skips and Battle pass i for the life of me don't see it anywhere.......
