banned for no reason
im a new ish player, after playing with 3 of my friends and having fun i got off and the day after when i went back to log in i was denied access for no reason. i contacted support and was no use. as is listed below it says im using something to enhance my game then saying i used something to ruin the experience of other and causing them to dc. the only apps i have running in the back are discord/steam/ mouse software. and i provided my stats, a shame i know but i really enjoy the game and it sucks getting denied access for no reason. this is the link to my mouse software

Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. Our terms of service team are the only ones who can look into them for you, and if they decide to uphold the ban then they have the final say in the matter.
