Banned on BATTLEFIELD 6 and I keep getting banned.. Appeal denied..

Bought EA Play Pro 5 times, and Battle pass Pro 2 times just to try and Play BF6. The money wasted and no help whatsoever....

It´s these automated responses man.. If you please read the post I already appealed 2 times and got denied, even though I never even been close to cheating ever..

If your account is banned Rasulski​ then you will not be able to access the game.

Tell me about it, bro I got banned and didn’t even play the game for over a month logged on got banned and they said for that day they observed enhancements on gameplay, and there was no gameplay to even show because I have not played the game. I exhausted my appeals and now I’m just stuck currently looking in to the Better Business Bureau. This is just so unfair. They won’t even attempt to show you any proof in the main reason why it’s because it doesn’t exist so they just rob your money. Crazy crazy.

It doesn’t matter I’ve appealed many times now have exhausted them for gameplay enhancement but no proof has been provided to me at all because they don’t exist spent $100 on PC and bought another copy for 70 on PS5 Pro just to be ripped off crazy looking in to the Better Business Bureau currently for a complaint

Hey xGUERRAx84​ if our team has reviewed multiple appeals and declines them then it means that they found evidence to support the ban. 

All we can recommend is that you gather as much additional information as possible and appeal again.

If evidence exist, please provide it. They can’t be provided because I haven’t played the game. I just logged on and got banned and said that they observed enhanced gameplay, which is not accurate since I had not played the game in about a month being accused of something and then just take their word for it because they’re the ones that made a decision. That’s not evidence. Somethings is wrong here. I am not a cheater. I’ve been with the a for over 20 years buying products since madden 89 might have a different name from original account, but you guys have made mistakes before and I truly believe I fall under one of those mistakes just because you tell someone they were cheating doesn’t mean they were cheating. I just don’t get it. I am currently in the process of seeking legal help and I’ve already been talking to the Better Business Bureau.

xGUERRAx84​ Same here, I got banned and wasn't cheating and have never cheated.
I'm 50 years old and bought games from EA going that far back as well. I have all the Battlefield games in my library and never once got a strike or warning from EA in 20-30 years. Paid $100 for the game and upgraded my PC to play BF6.

I put in an Appeal in November and haven't heard anything back for 4 months (Was Waiting on Studio). So I sent another appeal email to EA and then they denied me. I since tried to re-appeal like 5 times asking exactly why I was banded and all I get is an Ai response saying the ban is valid.

You would figure a loyal customer with no record of breaking the rules I would at least get a warning so I could figure out what game enhancements they are talking about and remove what ever it is from my PC.

And no I don't have a cronos or whatever it is.
