Battlefield 6 PRO Bonus Path bought but didn't get the Coins back afrer message

I saw an in-game message that everybody who was affected by the Battlefield 6 Bonus Pro Path bug incident and bought the pass will get back the coins, but i didn't get them back. I told the support two times but nothing happened since. Anybody else with this issue? It's like real life money so really annoying problem and seems like "no solution".
