Bought Sims 4 expansion pack twice, yet does not appear in library?

I just bought the businesses & hobbies expansion of Sims 4, yet the game is not appearing in my library or in game? I tried to buy it once with one of my cards, and then again with another card, and neither have worked despite having full balances. And I did receive the pop up of the successful purchase on both times. What should I do in this case?? Is this something that's been happening recently frequently or? How can I get a refund for one of those purchases??

    That happened to me. And no, you, won't get a r e f u n d for the extra pack.

    DokkiTokki​ Just checking if you managed to get in touch with EA Help to get this sorted?

    K-bobster​ While you might not be able to request a refund through the website for a duplicate purchase, if you contact EA Help Support, they might be able to assist you with that. 

    • Yea I have that issue too one the same card I just bought and it hit it twice when my screen frozed

    KenziKsenia​ If you can't request a refund directly through the EA Help website, please select "Contact us" at the bottom of the page and send a help ticket. Please note that we're experiencing higher-than-usual wait times due to beta releases at the moment.

    Ok thank you I have had a ticket open since August  11 and was having problems trying to reach out and chat with one of you guys so I closed that one out so I can try agian .So  I just redid a new ticket  I don't know if time change have anything to do with it but I reopen a new of the same issue so hopefully we can get this resolved  tomorrow

    Thanks for the update. Since you’ve reopened a new ticket for the same issue, that should now be in the queue and picked up once it reaches its turn. I hope you get this resolved soon!
