Can’t link my current Twitch account to my EA

So my EA account used to be connected to my old Twitch account which has been deleted by me, and now I can’t link my current account because EA accounts can only be linked once in their lifetime. 

I’ve made a case for this issue with EA support but they’ve marked the issue as “resolved” multiple times even though is hasn’t been resolved

I’m posting this in hopes that anyone at EA or anyone that may know a better way at contacting them are able to help me.

    Hi there. Unfortunately, we can't help with account related issues over the EA Forums. You'll need to open a new case and make sure you're there when the advisor responds to the chat. I know a lot of people are missing them due to the long wait times currently. Cases can be opened by using the "Contact us" button at the bottom of this page.
