Can’t Log In: Password Reset Fails and Credentials Marked Expired

I am having the same issue here. Super annoying not being able to get into the beta weekend. 

If this problem is not resolved by next weekend I will cancel my pre order of BF6.  If this is the only way I can get this sorted out via a forum I find ridiculous.  Come on EA., get your **bleep** together. 😡

I commented above on Thursday with issues on Xbox and still wasn't successful on the platform yesterday. I went camping over the weekend and that's why I really wanted to play with what little time I had. After reading some replies I eventually caved and moved over to PlayStation (the console/account I have linked to EA and used to play on)  with no issue at all got in. This is insanely stupid and I hope they fix this.

As a side note, although I'm annoyed AF please keep trying to log in and don't give up on the game itself. For any old players, it felt really good to get back into the action, meet rando's w/ mic's and squad up. 

Final got a email of ea after 3 days and said still need help emailed back and says cont email back so how the hell do i get the help ea lost a customer cont be arsed to sort it joke 

I need help, I couldn't access the BF6 beta this past weekend because it's requesting that I reset my password. I cannot link my PSN account because its linked to my old email from 10 years ago thats been deactivated and I can no longer access.

Yep 100%, I was able to play both weekends of the beta by doing this. You just have to sign in to your main account first, and then switch to the new account, and it works fine. 

Annoying as I’ll probably have to keep on doing it in order to play the game on release, but at least it works now!
