Can anyone get through to chat?
I submitted a request 4 hours ago. My wait time was supposed to be 10 mins and I still have been unable to get a rep on the chat. I've tried going through a guest account as well and no one is responding.

Ive tried contacting EA Help. I sat in a chat window for 5 hours yesterday and never got a rep.
I don't know what more I can do. There has to be another way to get ahold of a human.
