Can I get a refund from EA?

I have been waiting for about a week but I have not received any email or response.

I purchased the SpongeBob Home Kit and SpongeBob Kids Room individually, and later found out that they are available as a bundle. I want to refund the two individual kits, but I have already contacted customer support more than 20 times and still have not received any reply.

There is no response and I cannot do anything.

How can I get a refund?
I bought the content but I have not been able to play the game because I am stuck waiting.

    I have already contacted customer support more than 20 times and still have not received any reply.

    Can you see the cases you've created to contact our support team in your 'My Cases' page

    Hi EA_Lanna,

    I have contacted support many times, and I even have a case number (#893053421),

    but none of my recent cases appear in my “My Cases” page.

    Only very old cases are visible, and the newer ones — including this case — do not show up at all.

     

    Because of this issue, I still cannot play the game,

    even though I purchased it almost a week ago.

    Is there any way to fix this or another method to get support to respond?

    can u help me ? T_T plz

    Hi Min9187​

    While I can't create a case for you, I'll try my best to help you get one started! 💪 You see, to have this looked into you need to get a case sent in, and right now it sounds like the cases aren't reaching the support team, otherwise they would appear in your 'My Cases' page (thank you for checking that btws). 

    Let's see...there are a few things that could be good to understand before we try troubleshooting:

    1. Do you have multiple EA accounts? If you've been sending in cases but they aren't appearing in your 'My Cases' history it might be because it's the wrong EA accounts case history. Could you double-check the EA account information matches the email address you've been entering when sending in cases?
    2. Help me understand what you've tried so far to send a case? This is for a refund, right? Have you tried the Refund Tool? Or the other steps outlined in this guide: "How to get a refund for EA games"

    Thank you for your reply.

     

    I have checked and I am using only one EA account, and the email address on my EA account is the same email I used when submitting the refund requests.

     

    Yes, this is for a refund.

    I have already tried the Refund Tool and followed the steps in the “How to get a refund for EA games” guide multiple times.

    However, the cases still do not appear in my “My Cases” page, so it seems they are not reaching the support system.

     

    Please let me know what I should try next to get the case properly created.

    Hi Luna. I still haven’t received any reply and I’m still waiting. What should I do? Should I keep submitting inquiries ?😭😭😭😭
