Cannot link to twitch account

I'm trying to get drops for battlefield 6 on twitch but my EA account seems to have been linked to a faulty twitch account and when I try to link to the correct account I get the following message:

"Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for [email address] was previously linked to the Twitch account for WWBRvzZqGfGyfdN. An EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime." 

"WWBRvzZqGfGyfdN" is not recognized by twitch as an existing account name, nor have I ever created any account on any platform with that name. Please help.
