Can't access account

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ive spoken to so many people in EA and they sent the same automatic response everytime because ive not got enough security details. I just want my gift card added to my account. Actually in tears getting no help and they dont care. I dont have acsess to my old email i know my password but requires 2 factor authentication. HELP ME SOMEONE PLEASE. I dont care about my email can someone just add my gift card.

 

Crashing out someone help me why is there not a number to call

    Hi GES-09,

    I'm really sorry, but if EA Help can't verify that you're the account owner, they won't be able to make any changes as it's part of their security policy. 

    Unfortunately, all I can really suggest is to gather as much information as possible and try again.
