Cant change my email address and cant make a case to ea.

Ive tried multiple times to change my primary address after being hack but i havent been able to just says the email address i want to change it to is invalid or ive recently changed it. Its been alm...

Ive tried that and it just says a case has been created but when i check my cases, theres nothing there.

    Are you also geetting that when you try to start a chat?

    This might be a long shot, but could you try reaching out the same way via an incognito tab, without logging in?
