Can't link accounts

I am trying to link my EA account to my Xbox account. In the Xbox app, on the linked accounts screen it reads "Manage" next to the EA account, which I understand to mean it is already linked to an EA...

I've been trying on and off for months to resolve my issue. I've made no progress. EA help is the least helpful thing I've ever experienced. no where in the support pages is there anything remotely useful to resolve my issue. I can't contact someone, submit a ticket, open a case, nothing. There are many games I am unable to access because I am not able to link my EA and xbox accounts. this is horrible service

Hey toedtm​, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems contacting EA Help. 

Could you please let me know exactly what you need assistance with? When you're trying to link the EA and Xbox accounts, are you receiving any error messages?
