Can't see my appeal in my cases

Hi so recently I got my account back as it was hacked and the person who had my account got a permanent ban in apex so I want my apex account back I opened an appeal but I can't see it in my open cas...

Best to create a new appeal spiros232​ just in case there was an issue with the last one.

how do i submit a new appeal because when i press on review case it sends me to my cases but without the appeal one
