Can't sign in EA App without having a headache

That's what I get every time I try to login. I have reset the password more times than I care to admit. Can't login through my email. I can login through my PS and steam account. What the hell is even that? It's going on for more than 4 months that I am aware of. Any solutions? Or we just ignore the fact that a simple game launcher app does not work as it should and use workarounds?
