can't unlink xbox pls help

the ea account email my xbox account is linked to is permanently gone, google deleted it . i can't unlink my xbox account from this random ea account because of this verification code i'm supposed to be getting to an email that does not exist!! EA support has already told me they can't help me unless i have details regarding the account that isn't mine? i have never bought anything on the other account so can't prove it is "mine". it's my XBOX account that i want!! i can't do anything about the email, is there any way to just UNLINK the xbox account so i can get it linked to my actual EA account? or is my xbox account just in purgatory due to this account forever? i have tried finding answers for this everywhere to no avail
