CANT UPDATE MY EMAIL ADDRESS

I am a ea game player since 2018,my first account created back then has never changed email address linked to this ea account,and i found out that i cannot change my email address when i was trying to do so back in january,i even talked several times with the advisor and it all didnt work out. I thought it was a temporary backend issue,so i waited until today,it still couldnt work out,not in the website,not even i contect another advisor! now im about get rid of my old email and i dont want to lose this old game account that i love,what can i do?

    Hi, sorry to hear you’ve been running into difficulty with this. Could you share a bit more about what happened when you tried to change your email address back in January? You did take the right step by contacting our advisors, did they explain why they weren’t able to help with it?
