Change email of ea account

my account got hacked but i have access to it because of my phone number facebook and secondary email but the hacker hacked my main email and changed the primary email of the account when i try to change it shows that we cant process your request i want to secure my account but i cant change the email please help

    I'm so sorry to hear that. It's never great to find out someone's hacked you. We aren't set up to help recover EA accounts through the EA Forums, but I'll do my best to walk you through the next steps.

    That sucks! 😣 It's worth trying to recover your main email. I'd recommend reaching out to your email provider for help recovering access to your main email address and resecuring it. That could also help with your efforts to restore the EA account.

    You may need our support team's help to update the email on the EA account. Click on this guide and scroll to the bottom to find the button that says 'Contact Us' to start a help case. 

    Make sure to have the following information ready.

    • The email address you used to make your EA Account.
    • Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.
