Hey there, 

After resetting your password, are you able to log in to EA Help with the same account and password? 

I'm having this exact issue actually: Link2EA Popup | EA Forums - 12250712. I'm able to log in to EA help

applegocronch​ Thanks for the additional information. Can you please try to Clean Boot: How to clean or safe boot your computer. Once that's done, restart your PC and launch the EA app to see if you're able to log in. After logging in, try launching the game again from Steam.

I safe booted my computer, and can still launch and log in to the EA app, but the same thing keeps happening when I launch it from Steam.

Perhaps your Steam account is linked to a different EA account. If you check the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings, do you see the same Steam account linked to your EA account? 

It says there's no linked accounts, but when I try to link it to my Steam account, it says that it's already connected to the same email that I've been using for it.
