Link2EA Popup

I was trying to play the Sims 4 on Steam, but this popup kept appearing and it wouldn't even start. I've changed my password a couple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app, double checked that my accounts were linked, and deleted both the app cache and the Sims 4 cache.
