Charged twice by EA and nowhere to apply for refund!!!!
So I purchased the Sims 4 to rent pack - which I love! however, when I looked at my bank account EA has charged me twice for the same game. I have looked through so many different ways to contact them. I have tried the little bot on the side, I have tried to go to the "refund form" page. However, because it is outside of the 24 hours it comes up that I don't have anything that can be refunded!! Whenever I follow the suggestions on the EA help website it just takes me to my "view order history" and honestly, I'm so frustrated at this point. I just want my money back, How hard should it be!?! Please help!
