"Chat with us" no response after 3 cases sent. Can't change email address

I want to change my email address but when I try to change it I get a message saying "We can't complete your request. Your email address may not be valid or you may have recently updated it".

I haven't changed my email address for over a year so there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to change it.

I sent 3 cases but none have been answered even though I followed all the steps, I have checked my email as well waiting for a reply but no one is answering me.

  • It seems that you're following the correct steps. However, if you're not seeing any chat window pop-up, please double-check if you have any ad/pop-up blocker in your browser and try to temporarily disable it. 

    If that doesn't work, please try while using your browser in Incognito mode.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having problems changing your email. What happens when you try to start a chat?

    I’m trying to do the same thing by getting EA support but every time I get a hold of somebody they’re constantly asking for a IPV four and I automatically take that as an attempt to hack personal information and data so I immediately in the chat has anybody else had this issue?

    Hi, when I enter my case in the chat with us section and send it, a screen appears saying that my case was sent, followed by my case number and the time it supposed to be answered (most of the time it says 3mins) I dont know what more im supposed to do, but I think im supposed to stay in that tab until someone answer.

    My last case status says "Resolved" but I still can't change my email address:

    Thank you, I was able to chat with customer service by turning off temporarily window pop-up in my browser and in windows settings and was able to change my email address too.

    They can't hack you by knowing your IPv4, every online game you play already knows your IP address only by connecting to it. they asked me for it and I was able to change my email address.
